Naomi Snodgrass MBAPhoenix, AZ
Naomi has 20 years of experience with state governmental systems and programs, including experience with planning and implementation of Federal and State health and welfare programs for eligibility, claims, health management, registry and reporting systems. She has led strategic planning and strategy development for large systems projects and has led and facilitated meetings for clients to conduct requirements analysis, issue prioritization, consensus building and business process documentation and review. Her experience includes involvement with system procurement and evaluation; quality assurance and IV&V; business/operations assessments; user requirements definition; organizational preparedness and operational readiness; workflow analysis; communication strategies and outreach; and policy development and documentation. Naomi has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois.
