A software jack-of-all-trades, he can analyze solutions from every angle, from security and technical validity to user-friendliness and financial impact. Over the last 25 years, he has overseen all phases and aspects of software acquisition, development, and implementation. This includes systems analysis, requirements development, process assessment and documentation, vendor coordination, and software testing. He has led dozens of business sector IT projects that reduced spending while improving system uptime, capability, security, usability, and efficiency. Robert has led multiple high-performance teams, and he thrives on collaboration. Whether working with IT vendors and staff, end users, or executive leadership, he knows that multiple perspectives bring the best results. He loves conversations that dig into the details to get at root issues and the most effective solutions.
