Renee Propps PMPDenver, CO
Renee has over 8 years experience with program and project management and 2 years of management consulting experience. Her work in state government included oversight and management of Medicaid reimbursement and state policies for healthcare facilities. Throughout her time in the public sector, Renee was heavily involved in program and system development, federal regulations, procedure development, rule making, implementing and maintaining reimbursement methodologies, and worked closely with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS). Renee has provided project management for multiple long-term projects including a web-based portal interface with MMIS and a rate redesign project for nursing homes. Additionally, she has experience with procurement and systems testing. She currently consults primarily with state government focusing on Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V), CMS regulations, and Medicaid program specific research; specializing in Care Management and CMS certification. Renee received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado, Monfort School of Business and has her Project Management Professional Certification.
