Louise has over 18 years combined experience as an Executive Assistant and Event Planner and Director. With a background in both corporate and non-profit associations, she has worked with several types of industry professionals and executives, from retail to trade to health care to transportation. As Business Operations Manager, Louise is responsible for running and maintaining the administrative functions of Public Knowledge, including recruitment, new employee orientation, AllStaff training, and certain facets of accounting, strategy, and operations. Louise earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from the University of Hull, UK.
