Leanne Potratz PMPMadison, WI
Since 2011, Leanne has served as a quality assurance (QA) and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Management Consultant for complex and large-scale technology implementations in the public health and human services sector. Her experience also includes requirements development, management, and traceability, system and user acceptance testing, and performance metrics development. Currently, Leanne consults primarily in the following public health programs: Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and Medicaid. Her recent projects include QA/IV&V of the DDI for eligibility systems in Illinois, Montana, and Wyoming and Medicaid Management Information Systems in Montana and Colorado; and the SNAP-TANF-WIC Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) Services requirements planning project in Montana. Leanne holds a Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Leanne is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.
