Amy PearsonOlympia, WA
Amy has more than 14 years of experience in policy research and analysis, communications and stakeholder engagement, organizational development and project management, performance measurement, business process redesign, and management leadership coaching. Additional experience includes technical writing and editing, grant application and management, risk/audit management and mitigation, and group facilitation and coordination. Ms. Pearson has a unique blend of high-level policy development, as well as direct service experience serving children, families, and individuals in the following programs: public assistance eligibility (TANF, SNAP, ChildCare), child welfare and juvenile justice, sex offender management, sexual assault/domestic violence policy and services, legislative processes, and other state and federal programs. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from The Evergreen State College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Washington.
