Allison Olson MSBoise, ID
Allison offers over 13 years’ experience in child welfare, including direct service, project management, policy development and oversight, team management, program coordination, and stakeholder engagement. With a focus on change management and implementation planning, Allison has led public child welfare agencies through assessments of current practice as well as work planning to achieve systems change and positively impact outcomes for children and families. Allison has developed curriculum for both synchronous and asynchronous training opportunities for foster parents and the child welfare workforce, as well as delivering trainings on different areas of child welfare and adult learning. Allison received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona and her Masters in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
