Alicia Chancellor Hansen MSCarson City, NV
Alicia has been assisting people in managing, improving, understanding, and utilizing their data and data systems for over 10 years. Her passion for statistics and data analysis, primarily in public health and health care, combined with project and program management experience, contribute to her unique strengths in identifying productive solutions and collaborations between IT, software developers, data system managers and staff, and the end-users of the data. In addition to ensuring quality in data collection, analysis, and reporting, Alicia has been involved in the successful implementation of several critical data system rollouts and upgrades. Alicia has extensive knowledge of program management, including grant writing, technical report writing, program evaluation, team building, and budgeting. She has worked in depth with many state public health registry and reporting systems, including Vital Records, Hospital Discharge, Cancer Registry, and Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System. Her experience also includes state budget and contracting processes, as well as legislative analysis and presentations. She holds Master and Bachelor of Science Degrees in Mathematics with Emphasis in Statistics from the University of Nevada, Reno.
